Glen Tullman is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Livongo Health (Nasdaq: LVGO), the consumer first digital health pioneer committed to empowering people with chronic conditions to live better and healthier lives. He is dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes and other chronic conditions—and to keeping people healthy until these cures are found.
A visionary leader and entrepreneur, he previously ran two public companies that changed the way health care is delivered. Prior to Livongo, Tullman served as Chief Executive Officer of Allscripts, which was, during his tenure, the leading provider of electronic health records, practice management, and electronic prescribing systems. He took Allscripts public. Prior to Allscripts, he was Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Systems, which he also took public and then sold to McKesson/HBOC. He is the author of On Our Terms: Empowering the New Health Consumer, in which he proposes new solutions to address the chronic-condition epidemic facing our country.
A strong proponent of philanthropy, Tullman was honored in 2019 with a Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Ripple of Hope Award for his career focused on improving the safety, empathy, and efficiency of our healthcare system. He also serves as a Director Emeritus to the International Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as a Board Member of the American Diabetes Association. Tullman has three amazing children that inspire him every day.
Zane Burke is the Chief Executive Officer of Livongo. Burke previously spent five years as president of Cerner Corporation, a $5.1 billion publicly-traded healthcare IT company where he worked for more than two decades transforming healthcare around the globe and building relationships with the top health systems in the world. While there, Burke held various senior executive roles in sales, strategy, finance, and operations. He also led direction and strategy around solutions and services, new business efforts, revenue generation, policy, federal involvement and marketing. With a wide range of expertise and tenure across sales, support and finance roles, Burke leads with an integrated business mind-set and a continuous focus on client relationships across all segments of the healthcare market. Burke sits on the Boards of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and Truman Medical Centers. He earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Kansas State University.
Dr. Jennifer Schneider, M.D.
Dr. Jennifer Schneider is the President of Livongo. In this role, she is responsible for product, data science, engineering, marketing, and clinical operations. Dr. Schneider previously served as the company’s Chief Medical Officer where she led the company’s strategic clinical product vision, data science, clinical trials, and the organization’s certified diabetes educators and coaches. She is the author of Decoding Health Signals: Silicon Valley’s Consumer-First Approach to a New Era of Health, which offers a guide to the depth of the chronic conditions problem facing the industry today and explores how companies are using big data analytics and artificial intelligence to reinvent care delivery for people with chronic conditions.
Prior to Livongo, Dr. Schneider held several key leadership roles at Castlight Health, most recently as Chief Medical Officer. She also has held leadership roles in the provider setting as a health outcomes researcher and Chief Resident at Stanford University, and has practiced medicine as an attending physician at Stanford University, the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, and Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Schneider has an undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross, a Doctor of Medicine degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and a Master of Science degree in Health Services Research from Stanford University. She completed her internal medicine residency at Stanford University Hospital.
Dr. Schneider is a frequent speaker about innovation in healthcare, where she shares her unique perspective as a practicing physician, health services researcher, senior executive and individual who has lived with Type 1 diabetes for more than 30 years. In 2020, Modern Healthcare named Dr. Schneider one of the 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives for her work improving the healthcare experience for people living with chronic conditions. She has three children and is an avid runner and athlete, having completed her first IronMan in 2016.
Heidi Anderson serves as Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Livongo. In this role, she leads the Client Organization at Livongo comprised of the Member Enrollment, Client Implementation, and Client Success teams. She is focused on strengthening collaborations with Livongo’s Clients who leverage our solutions to empower their employees living with chronic conditions to live better and healthier lives.
Throughout her career, Heidi has been recognized for her strategic vision and relentless focus on driving revenue growth. Heidi is passionate about attracting top talent, building and leading high-performing teams, and an unwavering commitment to collaborating with Clients to drive growth. She is known for her motivational leadership and bringing out the best in her teams with fearless optimism.
Prior to Livongo, Heidi spent many years in sales leadership in digital media at Time Inc. and WebMD where she scaled businesses through collaborative partnerships with Clients. Most recently Heidi was Chief Growth Officer at Outcome Health, where she led the sales, marketing, and content teams. Her focus was on driving product innovation, and architecting strategies to drive revenue growth including a new go-to-market strategy called Moments of Care which was named one of the most Innovative strategies in 2019 by PM360 magazine.
Heidi is passionate about developing female leaders. She is active in several executive women’s organizations including Ellevate and Advancing Women Executives and is a founding member of Power Women Windy, an organization committed to empowering executive women.
Leslie Krigstein is Livongo’s Vice President of Government Affairs where serves as the primary liaison to government entities and policymakers. She oversees the development and execution of Livongo’s government relations and advocacy strategy.
Leslie has been at the forefront of healthcare policy throughout her career and most recently served as the Vice President of Congressional Affairs at the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) where she oversaw CHIME’s congressional advocacy and engagement strategy. With a track record that includes passage of multiple pieces of legislation, Leslie positioned CHIME as a thought leader on issues including healthcare cybersecurity, patient identification, interoperability, and digital health.
Leslie first moved to the nation’s capital to join the legislative staff of Congressman Daniel B. Maffei (NY-25) and prior to joining CHIME, she was a member of the Congressional Affairs team at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). She has provided public affairs and association management services to clients including the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO).
Leslie is a proud graduate of Syracuse University, where she obtained degrees in Public Relations and Policy Studies. A native Vermonter, Leslie currently lives in Alexandria, VA.
Steve Lalonde is Livongo’s Chief Sales Innovation Officer where he is responsible for driving the expanding sales engine for Livongo across all markets. He will lead efforts to capitalize on growth through multiple channels and products including sales go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and training.
He spent the past 12 years with Allscripts serving in key executive roles in sales, operations, and general management leading. He played a major role in accelerating growth and adoption stimulated by the HITECH Act and leading sales integration of major company acquisitions and mergers. Most recently, he led the ambulatory business including electronic health records, financial systems, revenue cycle management services, and population health assets for independent physicians.
Lalonde brings unique leadership experience across multiple industries, both domestic and internationally, having senior level experience at RR Donnelley and The Quaker Oats Company. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors at Citra Health Solutions and as a member of the Healthcare Council of Chicago (HC3).
He attended school in Canada and earned his Chartered Professional Accountants designation majoring in Finance. He has also attended Executive Programs in Marketing and International Business at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Whitney Mirro serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services for Livongo. In this role, she is responsible for day to day coaching operations, clinical training, coaching protocol development, scaling the business, ensuring clinical efficacy, and delivering a Member-first experience during every coaching interaction.
Whitney is passionate about creating a work environment where every employee thrives and is valued. She believes that driving an efficient and fiscally responsible operation starts with happy employees who are passionate and motivated to come to work every day.
Whitney came to Livongo through the Retrofit acquisition in April 2018. Leading Retrofit since 2011, she served in a variety of roles including Director of Client Services, VP of Product, and VP of Operations & Account Management. At Retrofit, Whitney was instrumental in developing both the Weight Management and CDC recognized Diabetes Prevention Programs. This work required developing new and different ways to drive clinical outcomes and scale using a remote workforce.
Whitney graduated from The University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in English. She co-developed Livongo’s first Women in Leadership program and was recently the recipient of a 2020 Women in Technology award for her outstanding commitment to advancing women, innovation, transformation, and vision in the healthcare industry.
